The Environmental Health and Environmental Services teams at Blaby District Council enforce over 100 pieces of legislation related to both businesses and individuals.

We are committed to ensuring that legislation is enforced fairly and consistently so one member of the community cannot enjoy an unfair competitive advantage over the rest of the community by illegal activities or biased enforcement procedures.
