Our pre-application advice service is currently suspended. We are sorry but we do not expect the service to re-open before late Autumn 2024.

To assist you in preparing your planning application, the Council's planning policies can be viewed on the Planning Policies section of the website.

A wealth of information on the planning application process is also available on the Planning Portal website and you can also visit the government's website to view national planning policies.
