Everards Meadows

What is it?

Everards Meadows is a mixed use commercial development commissioned by Everards Brewery Ltd. Phase One of the development includes a new café and cycle centre, in addition to a combined Everards Brewery, Head Office and Brewery Tap building.

The site also includes a series of cycle ways and footpaths leading from the new buildings across the adjacent meadow land to a new bridge over the River Soar which provides access from the Great Central Way, Grand Union Canal and wider footpath network.

The site is also accessed via a signalised junction on to and off the westbound carriageway of Soar Valley Way (A563) and a (left turn entry only) access off Narborough Road South.

The new buildings along with the associated footpaths and cycleways have been completed and are open to the public.

Where it is?

Everards Meadows is located to the south of Fosse Park across Soar Valley Way, East of the B4114 and north of the Leicestershire Constabulary Police Headquarters.
