Housing Mix and Affordable Housing

The Housing Mix and Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document have been produced by Blaby District Council to provide additional information to assist in the implementation of Policies CS7 and CS8 of the Blaby District Council Local Plan (Core Strategy).

The primary objectives of the supplementary document are:

• To guide the interpretation of policies CS7 and CS8 of the Blaby District Council Local Plan (Core Strategy);
• To address local imbalances in both the market and affordable housing stock, and
• To optimise the provision of affordable housing to meet identified needs
