Parking Season Tickets
If you park at one of our car parks regularly, you may wish to purchase a Season Ticket as they offer a significant discount on the daily parking cost.
Car Parking Season Tickets are now offered electronically as a virtual permit and therefore paper permits will no longer be issued. Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) are able to check the vehicle registration on the permit using a handheld device to enforce the car park.
Purchasing a virtual permit means there is no need to display anything in your vehicle as proof of payment and is more environmentally friendly than using paper permits.
If you have an existing paper permit, this can be used until its expiry after which you will then need to apply for a virtual permit.
You may apply for a Season Ticket at the following car parks:
- Station Road car park, Narborough
- Weavers Court car park, Narborough
- Enderby Road and Johns Court car park, Blaby
Season Tickets can be purchased for a full year, costing £500 or Season Tickets for three months can be purchased for £170.

Terms and conditions
- This permit is only valid for the car park specified.
- The permit is only valid for the vehicle specified in the permit.
- Failure to have a valid permit will give rise to the issuing of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) in accordance with the regulations in force.
- It is the responsibility of the owner of the permit to apply if you are in need of a renewal or update the permit when the vehicle is changed.
- The Environmental Health, Housing and Community Services Group Manager reserves the right to limit the number of Season Tickets that are issued to best manage the operation of the car park.
- Possession of this permit does not guarantee the availability of a parking space in the car park.
- If you forget to update or renew your Season Ticket you are liable to receive a penalty charge notice.
- Where the owner no longer requires the use of a season ticket, then it may be surrendered for a refund as per a sliding scale based on the number of months remaining on the permit. A £10.00 administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
- This authority is under a duty to protect the public funds it administers, and to this end may use the information you have provided for the prevention and detection of fraud. It may also share this information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds for these purposes.
The Environmental Health, Housing and Community Services Group Manager reserves the right to refuse to issue a Season Ticket where he or she considers the issue of a season ticket to be inappropriate and/or not in the best interests of his or her management of the car park.
