Two family fun days will take place in July to help children learn how to interact with dogs, in partnership with the Dogs Trust.
Both events, taking place at Fosse Meadows on Monday 24 July and Oakfield Park, Blaby on Monday 31 July, will include lots of fun activities as well as information on responsible dog ownership. Each funday runs from 10am-2pm and are free to everyone.
An expert from the Dogs Trust, specialising in children learning to be safe around dogs, will be on hand to give advice and practical help for any interested parents. There will also be a treasure hunt, parachute games, face painting and crafty activities to keep everyone entertained.
